central location tasty breakfast clean room
the location allowed easy access to local shops and the pier. i found the breakfast cereal, milk, and juice provided to be a lovely addition. the room was very clean and located on the ground floor, a great help.
the front door access was a bit inconsistent, some guests had a key and others did not.

charming and thoughtful stay
breakfast provisions kind staff heated room extra drinks
the staff were very kind. wayne were pretty good by changing our sheets and bringing extra drinks, even declining a tip (i really appreciated that!). there were also breakfast provisions in the room, a nice touch. the room was heated upon arrival.
i found that there was no lock on the bathroom door.

The hotel features an open plan kitchen and living room that is great for entertaining and very spacious. there is also a bathroom available. It includes a large walk-in shower. a modern free standing bath is present.

The room included milk and juice in the fridge. a kettle with coffee. the room has breakfast cereal provided. This was a very nice touch. the beds felt very comfortable (i slept like a baby!).

i had breakfast cereal in the room, as apple juice was also provided. the location is near pubs and restaurants, so dining out is very convenient. there are also convenient stores nearby.

The staff provided excellent support with parking permits. the owner and management was available to call when needed. This. they made every effort to make the space as good as possible.

the room was well prepared. it had a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. there were some plates, glasses, and cutlery, as well as a vine opener. tea, coffee, coffee pods, and some snacks were available.
the bathroom door did not close or lock, i noticed. the door did not latch into the door frame at all, and the original lock was broken. another pin-style lock had been installed, but it was not aligned. the wi-fi did not reach the room sufficiently at all.

The room had a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The provision of tea, coffee pods, and snacks was convenient. The location is near grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food options. The beach is only five minutes away.
The room was quite cold, and I could not get the heating to operate. The shower also did not turn on. There was a security alarm that sounded at 3 AM and persisted until 8 AM, disturbing my sleep.
